SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Orders to Spain and Portugal: approximately 3-5 working days (7-10 for orders from the Canary Islands)
- Rest of Europe orders approximately 6-8 working days.
- International orders approximately 6-10 working days.

You have 30 days from the date of dispatch!
Shipping destination
We ship to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores. In the future, we may expand to other countries. If you are interested in international shipments, please contact us at suporte@everstockclo.pt.
Deliver Schedules
The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal is 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. For the islands (Madeira and the Azores), the delivery time can vary between 7 and 10 working days.
Note: These deadlines may vary during periods of greater demand (such as Christmas or promotions) or due to external factors (weather conditions, strikes, among others).
Shipping Costs
- For mainland Portugal, shipping costs 5€ for orders under 60€. For orders over €60, shipping is free;
- For Madeira and the Azores, costs vary depending on the weight and size of the order. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once the shipment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order.

RETURNS
Deadlines
If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at suporte@everstockclo.pt so that we can help resolve the problem.
Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the products must comply with the following conditions:
- The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including labels and all accessories or components.
- Present proof of purchase (invoice).
Note: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.
Process
To start the returns process, follow the steps below:
- Send an e-mail to return@everstockclo.pt with the order number and the reasons for the return.
- After our confirmation, send the product to the address indicated in the reply e-mail.
- As soon as we receive and check the product, we will process the refund of the amount paid. This process can take up to 10 working days.
Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or incorrect shipping by us.
Changes
If you wish to exchange the product for another, follow the same steps described in the returns process and mention in the e-mail which item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Defective Products or Incorrect Shipping
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the product to be collected and replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
