Product details, including images, videos, trade names and trademarks displayed on the website, are provided for reference only.
PRICES
All products are priced in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, it will also be indicated (IGIC [Indirect General Tax of the Canary Islands] or IPSI [Tax on Production, Services and Imports of Ceuta and Melilla]).
AVAILABILITY
Everstock guarantees that product availability is updated based on stock levels. In rare cases, system errors or incidents may result in stock discrepancies. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, users will be notified by email.
PAYMENTS
Users can pay for their purchases using Paypal, MBway, Multibanco Reference and Credit Card;
Everstock does not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means of payment other than those described above; if they do, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may result.
SECURITY
Everstock uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted payments to protect transactions. This ensures: Data is transmitted securely between you and Scuffers. It prevents unauthorized access or manipulation of data by third parties.
ORDERS
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the User after the order has been placed.
QUALITY
Everstock does not sell second-hand products, defective products or products made from raw materials other than those described in the details of each product. Although Everstock tries to be as faithful as possible in illustrating its products, images may vary in color and texture depending on the monitors in question. COMPLAINTS
Everstock truly cares about its customers' feedback. Therefore, if you have any complaints/suggestions for improvement/need support, please let us know at suporte@everstockclo.pt and we will contact you within 5 working days of receiving your e-mail.

Everstock products benefit from the guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
