Customs Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and additional fees applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs displayed on our website.
Who is responsible for these charges?
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies in advance to avoid unexpected costs.
How are customs fees calculated?
Customs charges vary depending on:
- The destination country;
- The total value of the order;
- The type of products purchased;
- Local customs regulations.
We do not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
What happens if I refuse the parcel due to customs fees?
If the parcel is returned because customs fees were not paid, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund. Custom or non-returnable items may not be eligible for a refund.
Delivery delays
Customs inspections may cause delays. These delays are outside our control.
Before placing your order
For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs authority to obtain an estimate of any applicable charges.
