You can change your email within 10 minutes after completing the purchase; after that, remember to check your spam folder. Requesting a cancellation is not possible. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use. Also, once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components or change sizes. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait until you receive it and process it through return. Note: Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order: Incorrect address or Filed deliveries. We recommend double-checking that the shipping address you provided is correct. If it isn't, the shipping carrier will usually contact you directly in case of a delivery issue. You can also reach out to them directly via phone or their official website to manage any updates. Meanwhile, we'll send you real-time email updates about the status of your order.

PAYMENT

You can pay using the following methods: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, ...), PayPal, Mbway or Multibanco Reference. You can check more informations on our payment policy.

You can only use one code per order. Discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale. We can’t apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. Note: If got one of our discount codes, don’t wait too long to use it, some codes have an expiration date. You’ll need to enter the code during the final step of checkout, right before completing the payment.
A payment may appear as “pending” or “processing” when your bank or payment provider is still reviewing the transaction. This is a normal verification step and usually resolves within a few minutes. If the status doesn’t update after some time, we recommend contacting your bank to confirm that the payment was authorised. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

At the moment we ship to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores. In the future, we may expand to other countries. If you are interested in international shipments, please contact us at suporte@everstockclo.pt.
Mainland Portugal: €5 for orders under €60; free for orders over €60. Madeira & Azores: costs depend on weight and size and will be shown at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery.
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, contact suporte@everstockclo.pt and we will help resolve the issue.
Delivery companies usually leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup if you are not home. Check your tracking info for details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange, please email return@everstockclo.pt with your order number and the reason for the return. After we confirm your request, you may send the item to the address provided in our reply.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we will cover all costs.
Yes, discounted items can be returned or exchanged, as long as they meet all return conditions. However, personalised or custom-made products are not eligible unless they have a defect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund or exchange will be processed within up to 10 business days.

PRODUCT

If the product you want to purchase is no longer available, click on your size, enter your email address in the form and click “send”: you will get a notification when it is available again.
Please refer to the size guide that you will find on the product page to help you choose the best size for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with the size you have ordered, you can return the product.

ACCOUNT

To create an account, follow these steps: Go to the Sign Up section on our website. Enter your email address, password and any other required information. Confirm your registration via the email we’ll send you. Once your account is created, you can easily track orders, save addresses and manage your preferences.
Creating an account allows you to take advantage of the following benefits: Track your order and review all your past purchases; Access your wishlist; Be notified when new products are launched and be informed about special promotions; Save your address and credit card details to make the purchasing process faster; Manage your account details and newsletter subscription.
Creating an account is not mandatory, but by doing so provides several benefits. Alternatively, you can checkout as a guest by entering your email address and shipping information.
