DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Destinations
We ship worldwide.

Delivery times (after payment is confirmed)
- Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days
- Madeira and the Azores: 7 to 10 working days
- Spain: 3 to 5 working days (Canary Islands: 7 to 10 working days)
- Rest of Europe: 6 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world: 6 to 10 working days
- Orders placed after 2 pm (mainland Portugal time) are shipped the next working day. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods (Christmas, sales) or due to external factors (strikes, weather conditions, customs).

Shipping costs:

- Mainland Portugal: €5 for orders under €60; free for orders of €60 or more.
- All other destinations: the cost depends on the country, weight and size of the order and is shown at checkout before payment.

Customs duties

- Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the Canary Islands, the UK, Switzerland and the USA) may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, charged by the carrier or customs on delivery. These costs are the customer's responsibility. See our Customs Duties & Taxes page.

Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Exchanges and returns

- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return it. To do so, email info@everstockclo.com. Full conditions are available on our Returns page.

Deliver Schedules

The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal is 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. For the islands (Madeira and the Azores), the delivery time can vary between 7 and 10 working days.

Note: These deadlines may vary during periods of greater demand (such as Christmas or promotions) or due to external factors (weather conditions, strikes, among others).

Size or item exchanges

- We accept one exchange per order, for another size or another item. 

-In Portugal, the return and the shipping of your new item are free. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is given as store credit. 

- Outside Portugal, return and reshipping costs are yours.

- If the size or item you want is sold out, you can choose store credit worth 10% more than the value of your items, or a refund. In this case, the return is free.
