Deadlines

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at suporte@everstockclo.pt so that we can help resolve the problem.

Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must comply with the following conditions:


The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.


It must be returned in its original packaging, including labels and all accessories or components.


Present proof of purchase (invoice).

Note: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.

Process

  • To start the returns process, please submit the return form and wait for our team to get in touch.
  • After our confirmation, send the product to the address indicated in the reply e-mail.
  • As soon as we receive and check the product, we will process the refund of the amount paid. This process can take up to 10 working days.

Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or incorrect shipping by us.

Changes

If you wish to exchange the product for another, follow the same steps described in the returns process and mention in the e-mail which item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipping

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the product to be collected and replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
